Penang eXpdc Club 2010 Event Calendar

Mar 7 (Sun) - 2009 AGM at BMCC
(members and spouse only)

2:00pm ~ 4:30pm, AGM Agenda as follows;

1. President speech
2. Secretary report on 2009 activities and 2010 event calendar
3. Treasurer’s report – 2009 P&L and Balance Sheet

Light refreshment will be served and free flow beer and cordial until stock finish.

4:30pm onwards – Happy hours at your own cost.

We welcome members to introduce their friends who share our club philosophy to join us in this AGM.

Mar 19~21 - 3D/2N Pulau Perhentian

Jun 5~8 - 4D/3N – Phuket (remember to mark your calendar for this trip! Detail will be announce during Club AGM)

Jul 10~11 Cameron Highland II

Rendezvous in Cameron Highlands II at Lakeview Camping

ground. Free of charge to all eXpdc members and family. Bring your own food. The Club will provide Chalet stay or members can camp outside. Non member sponsor $10/pax to buy drinks/food/fruits and share among all of us!

Sep 10~15 - Chumphon, Koh Tao (Details TBA later)

Dec 23~28 - 6D/5N - Ranong (Details TBA later)

The club will also be organizing camping trips during the year and there are proposal for us to organize trips to Macau and Cambodia by flight and also get together events at Cruise ship! We are very excited with the proposal and we look forward to organizing such events for the benefit of all our members.
