Warmest Greeting’s to all Penang eXpdc members and a Happy Chinese New Year for those who are celebrating this auspicious day.

How time flies and the club will be celebrating its 1st anniversary and Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 7th March 2010 (Sunday) at the venue indicated below. This will be a good opportunity for fellow Club Members to get-together and keep up with each other and also get to know new members. We welcome you and your spouse to attend this AGM together with your friends who share our club philosophy to join us in this AGM

AGM Itinerary

Date: 7th March 2010, Sunday

Venue: BM Country Club

Time: 2:00pm ~ 4:30pm

a) President’s speech

b) Secretary report on 2009 activities and 2010 event calendar

c) Treasurer report

– 2009 P&L and Balance Sheet Light refreshment will be served and free flow beer and cordial while stock last.

4:30pm onwards Happy hours at your own cost.

As an appreciation to fellow members, the Club will be holding this AGM FOC to all members, spouse and friends. There will be no membership renewal collection as all membership will only expire on 31/12/2010. The Club will also be distributing door gift to all members.
