NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 2^nd Annual General Meeting of Penang eXpdc Club will be held on Saturday, 19^th March 2011 at Tanjung Bungah Hotel, Penang.

In accordance with ARTICLE 7 Section 3(a) of the Constitution of Penang eXpdc Club, the following positions are available through voting process in accordance with ARTICLE 8 Section 3 of the Club Constitution.

Our Club Constitution requires at least 22 members to constitute a quorum. May we request you to kindly make special effort to attend this A.G.M. For those who are unable to attend the A.G,M, you may elect a proxy member to represent in the election. (Strictly one proxy vote per member).
